Twitter brand pages has landed in Japan

Twitter has launched pages for brands in Japan, four months after it was introduced in the US last December and DoCoMo, Lawson and Warner Entertainment are said to be among the first companies that will be using the service in Asia, after US and UK.

Twitter brand pages are pages for companies and brands that will have a little more features added to the page.Among the features are header customization and the ability to stick a status at the top of tweet timeline. Unlike Facebook which offer Facebook Timeline for companies and brands at free cost, the Twitter brand pages are only offered to companies who spend $25,000 or more on Twitter advertising.
